This unit forms part of the first module out of four to complete towards gaining a qualification in Level 2 award for Door Supervisors Working in the Private Security Industry.
Once this module has been completed further classroom based training is required to complete the full qualification, which would then enable you to apply for your SIA – Door Supervisors licence.

Prior completion of this training is mandatory for anyone wishing to sit Eboracum Training’s course for Level 2 award for Door Supervisors working in the private security industry.

Who is this training for?

Anyone wishing to enter into and work within the private security industry from manned guarding, retail security, event/festival security to door supervision.

Pre requisites

A basic understanding of the English language is required. All candidates must be able to communicate, read, understand and write competently in the English language.

What’s next?

Level 2 award for Door Supervisors Working in the Private Security Industry. This unit will only be complete once you have sat an official exam set by Eboracum Training. Following this four further days training are required consisting of the modules Working as a Door Supervisor, Conflict Management and Physical Intervention Skills.
